My birdy from Bandra dropped in to give me some update on the Aamir Khan-Salman Khan dosti, which is only getting sweeter by the day.
I’m informed that when Sallu was told that Aamir is playing an artist in Dhobi Ghat, he said he wasn’t aware of that. Nonetheless, he was quick to state that knowing the latter’s penchant for perfection, he must have mastered the art of painting by now. And then went on to rave about his buddy’s astute marketing and promotional strategies.
Meanwhile, Aamir, at the 3 Idiots DVD launch, enthused about how everyone he met was looking forward to his Sallu’s forthcoming film. “The promotions have generated very strong buzz about Dabangg,” said Aamir. He added that he was now waiting for Salman to show him the movie.

Hmm… I haven’t heard of such buddy-bonding among actors in quite a while!
