Casio Intros the Exilim EX-H20GS Hybrid GPS Camera

[Casio Launches the Exilim EX-H20S Point and Shoot Cameras Which Allow Users to Geotag Indoors]

Casio outs a new point and shoot camera with the Exilim EX-H20GS. This camera may not necessarily be the techie camera’s preference although travelers may put it to good use thanks to its included geotagging capabilities, even indoors.

Among the key features of the Casio Exilim EX-H20GS include a 14.1MP sensor with 10X optical zoom, H.264 720P at 30fps video recording capability, a 3″ LCD display and CCD-shift image stabilization.
The camera comes with a hybrid GPS system and uses actual GPS positioning. It makes use of the camera’s last known satellite-acquired position, information from the motion sensor and map data stored in the camera to mark the location of a photo even while indoors.
The device can be a camera or a GPS unit, depending on the need. Essentially it is a traveler’s best companion, particularly the ones who find themselves wandering in unfamiliar territory.
The Samsung Exilim EX-H20GS GPS camera will retail for about $349.99 and will come out some time in November.
