Mumbai: While Sanjay Dutt couldn’t be with Manyata on her birthday recently, the latter did not want to do the same to her beloved hubby, who turned 51 today.

Reports reveal that Manyata, who’s expecting twins in Jan 2011, visited South Africa for hubby’s birthday, in spite of doctors warning her not to travel in her delicate health condition.

Buzz has it that Manyata wanted to surprise Sanjay, so she kept her visit to SA a surprise.

Earlier, a source had revealed Manyata’s plans, “Manyata heart is set on it. You see, last year, when Sanju turned 50, the couple could not celebrate his birthday because Sanju’s mentor Amar Singh had fallen seriously ill. Emotional man that he is, Sanju cancelled all celebrations. This year he took off for South Africa with his buddies to watch the World Cup and to do a recce for ‘Rascals’.”

Manyata’s presence must have been a real pleasure for Sanju.
