Virender Sehwag doesn’t believe in setting targets or even making basic plans; so it was interesting to see him come out with a semblance of a strategy for this World Cup. “I want to bat 50 overs,” he said grandly, a couple of days before the opener against Bangladesh. After a dazzling opening display in Dhaka, Virender Sehwag took it upon himself to provide the opening day’s fireworks in Mirpur.
